This demo is our basic social and corporate events performance
demo featuring music from every era from Frank Sinatra and big band to the
most current hits crossing over eras including disco, jazz, funk, rock,
motown, top-40 dance from the 40's till today and current dance hits hip
hop and even rap. We also sing Jewish, Itallian, Spanish, Irish and more...
just ask! We come with a full light show, staging, dancers and almost any
type of entertainers. We start on off-peak nights as a 5-6 piece band and
every one of us sings and we can grow to having up to 5 piece horn section,
more vocalists, extra percussionists, a full string section, back-up soul
singers and more. Just ask, no job is too small or too big for us to handle!

Members of RESPEKT have recently performed at some very exciting events
including: with Paul Shaffer (from The Late Show With David Letterman) who was honored at The
Canadian Association's Maple Leaf Ball at Gotham Hall, NYC on Nov.
18, 2005, The Gift of Life Foundation at the New York Marriott Marquis with
Chad Everett (National Spokesman), and hosted by Deborah Norville
(host of Inside Edition), The Holyfield Foundation
at the China Club in New York with former World Heavyweight Champion, Evander
Holyfield and Super Middleweight Champion, Iran Barkley. James, (our
keyboardist), performed with recording star, Ne-Yo on The Late Show. RESPEKT
also performed two years in a row at the Yes Network's holiday
party, one year doing a costumed Disco-Rock show and the next backing
up their top executives singing along with the band (for fun!) and both
years literally every person that attended said that RESPEKT was the best
party band that they had ever heard live!
Our other accomplishments include the theme song for
MTV's #1 hit show, The Osbournes, with RESPEKT'S very own Lewis singing
the lead. We were also featured on CABLEVISION NEWS12. Cookie and other
members of RESPEKT were also featured in People Magazine,
(June 22, 1998).
We have performed at Lincoln Center for Continental
Airlines and played for New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani
at a tribute to senator and astronaut John Glenn at the Museum
of Natural History. We also eNYoyed performing at the press party
for the opening of the 1998 World Series at New York's Yankee
Stadium.
